What is AuraBox?
AuraBox is a personalized NFC music Box that turns your favorite songs, memories, and photos into a physical music experience.
Each Box works with custom NFC discs. When a disc is placed or tapped on the Box, it can trigger the assigned music or memory experience.
How does AuraBox work?
AuraBox uses NFC technology. Each disc can be connected to a song, playlist, music link, voice note, or special memory.
You choose your songs and upload your disc photos during checkout. We prepare the customized order based on the information you provide.
Can I customize my AuraBox?
Yes. You can customize your order by adding:
• Up to 9 song names or music links
• Up to 9 disc photos
• A special note or message
• Personal design requests, if needed
Please make sure all information is accurate before placing your order.
What music links can I submit?
You can submit music links from platforms such as:
• Spotify
• YouTube
• Apple Music
• SoundCloud
• Other publicly accessible music links
You may also write the song name and artist if you do not have a direct link.
Can I upload my own photos for the discs?
Yes. You can upload your own photos for the NFC discs.
For best results, we recommend using clear, high-quality images. Square or centered images usually work best for disc designs.
Can I leave special instructions?
Yes. During checkout, you can leave a special note with your order.
You can use this note for gift messages, design preferences, song order, or other customization requests.
How many discs are included?
AuraBox is designed for 9 customizable NFC discs unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please check the product description before placing your order.
How long does customization take?
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Because AuraBox is customized, processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the United States and worldwide, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times may vary by location.
United States:
5–12 business days after shipment
International Orders:
7–21 business days after shipment
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high seasonal demand.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. AuraBox ships within the United States and worldwide.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.
Can I return my AuraBox?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy.
Customized orders may still be eligible for return, but the item must not be damaged, misused, or altered after delivery.

Do you offer no-questions-asked returns?
Yes. We offer no-questions-asked returns within 30 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Because AuraBox orders may include personalized details, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I change my customization after placing an order?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update your customization details.
