Return and Refund Policy

At AuraBox, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unused and undamaged
• In its original packaging, if possible
• Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

No-Questions-Asked Returns

We offer no-questions-asked returns within 30 days. If the product is not right for you, contact us and we will help you start the return process.

Personalized / Customized Orders

AuraBox may include personalized music selections, NFC disc photos, custom notes, or other customer-provided details.

Customized orders may still be eligible for return within 30 days, but the item must not be damaged, misused, or altered after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including song names, links, uploaded photos, and special notes.

Please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or customization, please return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Because AuraBox orders may include personalized details, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Sale Items and Discount Codes

Orders purchased using discount codes, including promotional codes such as Aura26, may still be eligible for return under this policy unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging when possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
