All AuraBox orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Because AuraBox products may include personalized customization such as custom song links, uploaded disc photos, NFC disc details, and special notes, processing time may vary depending on the order details and current demand.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the United States and worldwide, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For orders under $99, shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

United States:
5–12 business days after shipment

International Orders:
7–21 business days after shipment

Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

AuraBox is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AuraBox is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, building office, or delivery location.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
